Hayley Allington

Designer & Client Partner

About Hayley Allington:

Hayley is a vibrant creator whose life is a blend of creativity, adventure, and a sprinkle of magic. People are drawn to Hayley because of her creative spark and talent for making any vision come to life—whether it’s a brand refresh, a hand-illustrated logo, or a batch of homemade banana muffins fresh from the oven.

After earning her BA in Graphic Design from the University of Wyoming in 2014 and an MA in Animation from DePaul University in 2017, Hayley embarked on a decade-long adventure across six different states. Along the way, she’s built an impressive portfolio as a designer, animator, and creative partner, helping businesses, agencies, and individuals tell stories that stick and brands that truly shine.

Hayley’s career highlights include developing everything from logos and digital campaigns to 2D animations, event signage, and full brand identities. She’s worked with local startups, collaborated with creative teams from small town Wyoming all the way out to the Big Apple, and picked up a permaculture certification in her spare time.

Hayley’s work is award-winning, her commitment to collaboration is unmatched, and her passion for visual storytelling uplifts every project she touches. With a whisk in one hand and a sketchpad in another, there isn’t a challenge she won’t take on.

Her creativity doesn’t end at the computer. When Hayley isn’t designing, you’ll find her perfecting new recipes in the kitchen, losing herself in everything Harry Potter, and relaxing at home with her boyfriend and their two pups.

Hayley has a knack for building communities, swapping quirky stories, and brightening any day with a little comedic style from her travels and adventures.

Thanks to her unique blend of technical skill, artistic curiosity, and love of fun, Hayley is the go-to for helping organizations dream big, build beautiful brands, and make every pixel and every moment count.
