Hope is committed to meaningful connection and strong communication, shaped by her experience in recruiting and marketing. She brings focus, steadiness, and a people‑first approach to every opportunity.
She graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship, where she stayed actively involved on campus through Gamma Phi Beta, serving on the chapter’s executive board. During her time at WSU, Hope also worked as a brand ambassador for Amazon Prime Student and Aerie, gaining hands‑on experience in events, outreach, and content creation.
Before joining Compass, she worked as an IT Professional Recruiter and previously held a role as a Marketing Assistant, focusing on social media and community‑focused content – supporting local magazines and helping realtors grow their online presence. She is also a 2021 Leadership Greater Topeka alumni.
Outside of work, Hope enjoys being outdoors (skiing, hiking, and going on walks), eating good food, and spending time with friends and family.
