- Contact forms. When you fill out a form on our site, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and the details in your message.
- Newsletter signup. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address. Our newsletter is sent through Constant Contact.
- Website chat. If you use the chat window on our site, we collect what you share in the conversation, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and message.
- Webinars and events. If you register for a webinar or event, we collect the registration details you provide. Some registrations are handled by third-party platforms such as Zoom.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser used, and the general location (city or region) of a visit. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not give us your name or contact information.
- Spam and security protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real people from automated spam. - Accessibility tools. We use AudioEye to help make our site more accessible. It may store your accessibility preferences on your device.

Your cookie choices

Our site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
How long we keep information
We keep contact and newsletter information for as long as it is needed to respond to you, provide our services, or send the newsletter you signed up for, or until you ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics account.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections, security software, and limiting access to the people who need it. No website or online service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and rights

Children’s privacy
Our website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
