Tara is married to her college sweetheart, Braden, and they have three amazing children, Hope, Cordell and Harmony.

FUN FACTS
Tara knows for a fact that Unicorns are real…thus the Corn part of YetiCorn!
Tara has a firm fear of dropping important things after dropping her rehearsal wedding cake.
She loves Marvel movies and has watched all of them at least two times but many of them, especially Guardians of the Galaxy more than ten times!
While Tara has a calm demeanor (haha), she is always competitive, even when it doesn't matter. However it is a driving force that she passes on to her work for you!
PROFESSIONAL PATH TO COMPASS
Prior to Compass, Tara served as the Chief Business Development Officer for Envista Federal Credit Union. She is a trained facilitator and executive coach serving clients across the region.
A serial entrepreneur, Tara started her first "official" company, E2 Communications, in 2008. E2 Communications is the publishing company of TK Business Magazine and Wichita Business Magazine.
Committed to the community, Tara is the chair of Momentum 2027, Topeka's community strategy, and the Topeka Community Foundation Board of Directors. She also serves on the boards of the Kansas Chamber, Stormont Vail Foundation and Topeka Civic Theatre.
Tara has her CCUE from CUNA Management School. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a graduate of Washburn University with a BBA and a MBA. Tara is a certified leadership coach through the Kansas Leadership Center and has a communications certification from Harvard University.
