Creative Operations Coordinator

Position Overview
The Creative Operations Coordinator is the person who helps bring order to the creative process while supporting the development of compelling visual brands, campaigns, and content. This role is for someone who loves details, deadlines, creative collaboration, and making sure designers, photographers, content creators, and clients have what they need to produce exceptional work. You will help support creative projects, brand initiatives, content production, and day-to-day agency operations. This is a great fit for someone who is organized, proactive, visually minded, and energized by helping a creative team do their best work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Attend meetings and capture clear notes, action items, creative feedback, and next steps. 
  • Build and maintain project trackers, timelines, production schedules, and task lists. 
  • Assist with creative presentations, brand decks, mood boards, and client-facing materials. 
  • Research creative trends, visual inspiration, and campaign opportunities. 
  • Keep projects moving by tracking deadlines, deliverables, revisions, and approvals. 
  • Collect and organize client assets, including logos, photography, content, and feedback. 
  • Coordinate with photographers, designers, videographers, vendors, contractors, and internal team members. 
  • Organize and maintain client files, creative assets, photography libraries, and brand resources. 
  • Upload and organize content for websites, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns. 
  • Review creative deliverables for brand consistency, accuracy, and quality standards. 
  • Maintain templates, brand guidelines, workflows, and standard operating procedures. 
  • Provide light production support, including resizing graphics, updating materials, preparing files, and coordinating asset delivery. 
  • Help turn great creative ideas into polished, completed work. 
What we are looking for
  • 3+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing, branding, communications, project coordination, or related role. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft 365, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, social media platforms, and project management systems. 
  • Strong attention to detail and appreciation for visual consistency. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
  • Experience in an agency, creative studio, branding environment, or photography-related role is a plus.
